Course Content | Learn the basic techniques of chocolate making in this hands-on chocolate making class in Colaba. You will make 8 types of chocolates hands-on and will develop the skills to make many other chocolate varieties using the recipe booklet and the techniques taught in the class.Click on the corresponding section below for more details.

Eight types of chocolates are made hands-on during the class:

  1. Assortment of Soft & Hard Centred Chocolates
  2. Flavoured Chocolates
  3. Biscuit Centred Chocolates
  4. Chocolate Rocks
  5. Chocolate Roses
  6. Guylian Chocolates
  7. Ferrero Rocher
  8. Printed Chocolates

While the above 8 types of chocolates will be made in the class, you will also learn to make many other varieties by yourself, using the recipe booklet and the techniques taught in the class.

What else should I know about the course?

Materials to be carried: (1) Notebook (2) Pen

Pre-requisites: None. You are are not expected to have any prior knowledge or experience for this course.

Course Takeaways: (1) Detailed notes & recipes (2) Recipes made during the course are given for tasting at the venue itself and can also be carried home

Help/support offered after the course: (1) On-phone support by the instructor on call or WhatsApp (2) Option to get added to the WhatsApp group of the studio where students can share their home creations, ask questions and interact with the instructor and other students from the same studio

How should I pay the fees? What is the cancellation policy?

Advance payment is compulsory to register for this course. You can make the advance payment online or in cash.

Advance payment can be done online through a Credit/Debit Card or through Net Banking payment via the Payment Gateway

Cancellation Policy for Advance Payments
(1) Full refund is made in case the class is cancelled by the instructor/studio
(2) In case of cancellations made by the student, 15% of the course fee is not refundable. This is necessary as cancellations result in material and monetary loss for the studio. In cases where students are not able to attend due to natural factors like heavy rains or flooding, we will consider 100% refund on a case-by-case basis.

Name: Ms. Jyoti Choudhary
Teaching Credentials: Ms. Jyoti has been serving clients as a home baker for over 7 years. She got into the teaching field four years back and has taught baking, chocolate making and cake decoration techniques to over 150 students till date across 10 different courses. She holds a Master’s in both Economics and Mass Communication but gravitated towards baking due her natural affinity and talent.

She has undergone training globally to hone her skills. For example, she learnt cake decoration from Wilton in the US, Cupcakes from Michelle Institution in Canada and Chocolate Making in Switzerland. She believes in following simple teaching methods with no hidden secrets in order to ensure the best learning experience for her students.
