ActivityDeck closely follows the cancellation policies as accepted by our partner instructors.

Cancellation policies typically vary across courses. Detailed cancellation policy for each course is usually mentioned on the course page. In cases where specific details about cancellation policies are not mentioned the following points apply:

  • If the instructor/studio cancels a course that a students has paid for, the entire amount will promptly be reimbursed to the student’s account in cash
  • If a student cancels an enrollment after making a payment, 100% of the amount will be reimbursed in the form of credit which can be used to book any course on
